Job Purpose and Overview 

This role within the Commercial Team will act as a key business partner to the General Manager, supporting revenue management and overall company profitability. 

The Senior Sales Analyst provides both strategic and operational support in analytics and data-driven decision-making to the commercial organization. Responsibilities include pricing, performance analysis across customers, categories and suppliers, as well as evaluation of the sales team’s performance. The role also involves financial analysis of key business drivers to support effective commercial decision-making. 

The ideal candidate will bring experience from a role requiring a proactive approach to supporting business decisions. 

What will you do as a Senior Sales Analyst at AGART/Dawn Foods?  

Your main responsibilities and activities will be: 

• Provide data-driven insights on revenue growth and profitability through various analyses (customer performance, category and supplier performance, and sales team performance) 

• Conduct pricing analytics and deliver recommendations to the sales team responsible for pricing strategy 

• Actively participate in weekly meetings focused on accurate monthly revenue forecasting 

• Partner with the sales team to develop and refine customer segmentation 

• Deliver analytical support to senior leadership (General Manager, Sales Director, Category Managers) 

• Prepare reports and performance tracking for other functions, including KPI measurement and commission model monitoring 

• Support revenue planning and actively contribute to the company’s budgeting process (within a distribution business environment) 

• Provide inputs for month-end closing processes (supplier and customer-related data) 

What Does It Take to be a Senior Sales Analyst at AGART/Dawn Foods?   

You are well organized and have excellent communication skills. You are able to work in a structured way with attention to details & under pressure to meet required deadlines. Your attitude is to get things done. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile: 

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in an analytical or financial role 

• Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Analysis, Mathematics, or a related field 

• Strong business acumen and solid understanding of financial processes 

• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to daily responsibilities 

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (power Query, Pivot) as well as Power Point 

• Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level) 

• Experience with ERP systems 

• Experience with SAP S/4Hana implementation is considered a strong advantage
