Job Purpose and Overview

The Master Data Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of product master data and labelling information across systems such as SAP MM, SAP ECC/S4, PLM, and Exact. Operating with a high level of independence, you support European and AMEAP operational and commercial processes by maintaining product, packaging, and labelling master data to required governance standards. You work closely with cross-functional teams to secure smooth data workflows, consistent documentation, and compliant labelling to enable timely product launches and updates. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen Master Data Management and labelling processes and enhance overall data quality and operational efficiency.

 

What will you do as a Master Data Coordinator at Dawn Foods?

  • Create, maintain and update material master data in SAP MM, SAP ECC/S4, PLM, and Exact, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance across raw materials, packaging, semi-finished, finished, traded, and intercompany products.
  • Create, maintain and update customer and vendors master data
  • Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), recipe groups, material replacements, and related production documentation aligned with operational requirements.
  • Collect, verify, and validate master data, supporting ongoing data cleansing and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support integration with intercompany and external systems and perform checks on stock positions and product status prior to key transactions.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and implement product label texts for Europe and AMEAP, ensuring timely approvals, correct versioning, and compliant execution.
  • Manage label documentation, archives, translations, and communication of updates to internal and external partners.
  • Provide SAP MDM subject-matter expertise and contribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and governance activities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, supporting Customer Service, NPD, and project activities while ensuring accurate and timely master data support.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and documentation handling.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented working style.
