Job Purpose and Overview

As People Intern in Amstelveen, you will support the EU&AMEAP People Department (HR) with a variety of tasks such as reporting, data accuracy or creating communication materials for the organization. Additionally, you will contribute to the coordination and enhancement of HR processes across Europe, working closely with our People Team.

This position has a duration of 5/6 month, starting February 2025.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing HR administration support for the European Head Office & AMEAP region
• Support recruitment (CV screening, arrange and conduct interviews, etc.)
• Assisting with the implementation of the onboarding process
• Respond to HR data requests by gathering, analyzing and reporting relevant information
• Create offer letters, contracts and process new hire and leaver admin
• Support the implementation of CSR initiatives
• Manage internal communications related to new hires, leavers and organizational changes
• Provide general support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations

What we are looking for:

• You are full-time available for 5-6 months, 32-40 hours per week, starting February 2025
• You are a bachelor or master's student in HR, HRM, Psychology or similar studies (you have to be enrolled in school during the whole internship period)
• You are enthusiastic about HR and eager to learn
• You are proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Excel
• You have strong written and verbal English skills
• You are structured, detail-oriented and capable of managing daily tasks effectively.
• You are a team player, with a good sense of humor
• You have a positive and proactive attitude
• You live within a commuting distance from our office in Amstelveen. This is due to our hybrid working conditions;
• And of course; you are a lover of baking!
