The Project Manager EU & AMEAP is responsible for supporting process improvement and growth within our business. You will serve as a project manager for key business projects by project planning, developing a project plan that outlines tasks, milestones, dependencies, resources and timelines. For some projects the project leaders will be people from the business or function. Larger scale projects will be managed by the PMO with support from you. With 

This role is based in Amstelveen and will report to the PMO & Master Data Manager EU & AMEAP. We are looking for 2 Project Managers!

Fundamentals of the position:

• Risk management, mitigating risks related to project deliverables
• Stakeholder management, engaging and managing stakeholders on various levels of the organization
• Monitor the progress of projects of multi-functional teams through activities and report on status of related activities
• Support the project leaders with preparing detailed analysis, drafting action list, making minutes of meetings and follow-up
• Identify bottlenecks / interdependencies / risks in the project, propose solutions via consultation with all involved team members                                                                                                                                    
• Actively engages with each project to analyze actions, challenge actions and outcomes and the impact of teams action to the organization
• Follow and ensure appropriate use of project management tools, processes, and methodologies
• Eager to learn and want to continuously develop by engaging different projects
• Other duties as required

To be succesful you will bring:

• Project Management Certification: PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• 2-5 years of business experience with previous optimization
• Proficiency in MS, Excel, Power Point, Teams and SharePoint
• Ambition to get PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Experience working in international business environment
• You are pro active and can switch quickly between different tasks and able to flag potential risks
• Experience at working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• Experience with Smartsheet software is desirable
• Fluent in English (verbal and written), other EU language is a plus
• Excellent inter-personal skills to build relationships internally and externally
