Job Purpose and Overview

As the Senior PMO for our S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition transformation, you will be a central member of the extended program leadership team, ensuring governance, structure, and delivery excellence across this strategic initiative. Your role is to provide oversight, coordination, and support for all program activities, enabling the organization to achieve its objectives on time, within scope, and on budget. You will act as the backbone of program execution, driving standardization, transparency, and proactive risk management. The role requires strong collaboration across the EU&AMEAP business unit, global stakeholders, and the implementation partner.

The Senior PMO position will work with the other project team members and the Stewardship team to ensure the entire project meets its timeline, budget, and objectives. Working with the project team and the Implementation Partner, this role will actively lead the entire organization toward industry best practices, standardization, simplification, and automation. The position reports to the Manager PMO and requires approximately 30% travel.

This position provides a great leadership development opportunity for the successful candidate with high visibility to senior leadership of Dawn Foods.

What will you do as a Senior Project Manager SAP S4/HANA at Dawn Foods?

• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, processes, and tools for the S/4HANA transformation program.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Track program progress across workstreams and provide accurate, timely reporting to senior leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and interdependencies, driving proactive issue resolution.
• Act as a trusted advisor and key point of coordination between functional teams, technical teams, and external partners.
• Support change management and business readiness activities in collaboration with the OCM lead.
• Champion best practices in project management methodologies, documentation, compliance, and AI enablement within company policy.
• Support execution of critical phases including data migration, testing cycles, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

• Proven experience in PMO or project leadership for large-scale ERP transformations, ideally SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and tools and experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive alignment in ambiguous environments.
• Fluent in English.
