Job Purpose and Overview

As a Transfer Pricing Controller at Dawn Foods, you shape this newly created function that brings together activities currently spread across multiple teams. You will design and implement transfer pricing processes and modelling approaches that enable competitive yet profitable pricing in a dynamic bakery ingredients market. Operating within a matrix organisation, you will set up new ways of working, build financial models from the ground up, and partner closely with commercial, procurement, plant controlling, and operations finance teams to ensure strong margin discipline and data-driven decision-making.

This position is based in our Amstelveen Head Office and requires limited travel.

What will you do as a Transfer Pricing Controller at Dawn Foods?

• Act as a strategic business partner to Commercial teams, providing insights on product cost composition that drive competitiveness, volume growth, and profitability
• Advise on the financial and pricing implications of product and supply-chain changes, supporting compliant and efficient execution of product flows and transfer pricing models
• Develop, maintain, and enhance transfer pricing models, ensuring alignment with global regulations and internal policies
• Monitor transfer pricing execution within ERP systems, resolving discrepancies and serving as the SAP Controlling Key User for process improvements
• Provide financial insights on product flows, margin allocation, and cross-border transactions, supporting audit-ready documentation and tax requirements
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams on raw material risks, commercial initiatives, and cross-functional decision-making
• Support tax audits with appropriate documentation and analysis

What Does It Take to be a Transfer Pricing Controller at Dawn Foods?

You thrive in a fast-moving, international environment and enjoy creating structure where it does not yet exist. You are motivated by cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and shaping financial processes that influence commercial results.

• Knowledge of transfer pricing and financial modelling, ideally within an international manufacturing environment
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or a related finance discipline
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Experience working in a matrix organisation and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with financial ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel capabilities
