Job Purpose and Overview

The job objective is to promote the products in the company range through the excellent demonstration of how the products can be used to meet customer requirements (direct customers and distributors located in Romania).

This position is based in Romania, is a part of CEE cluster and reports to local Sales Manager.

What will you do as a Regional Sales Application Specialist at Dawn Foods? 

Your main responsibilities and activities will be:

• Development of recipes for finished products and cakes as well as presentation of the products to customers;
• Regular customer and distributors visits to the area of operation based on the instructions of the Sales Manager and at appropriate intervals, according to a weekly schedule
• Baking and testing the developed finished product recipes, producing sample products at the highest possible level of quality;
• Conducting internal training for Sales Teams of Distributor as well as for local sales team members
• Ensuring creating sales by achieving personal KPI’s
• Carry out projects and ad hoc tasks under the leadership Sales Manager
• Other duties as assigned connected with introducing value-added solutions that generate sales.

What Does It Take to be a Regional Sales Application Specialist at Dawn Foods?  

You have high customer and sales focus as well as communication skills. Your work organization and commitment to quality is excellent.

Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• min. 5 years of specialized experience in a food processing company
• completed professional training: Baker, Confectioner, Chef
• knowledge of Romanian and English to ensure conducting the practical product trainings
• auto motivated & independent planner
• able to travel (90% of working time).
