Job Purpose and Overview

The job objective is to plan, implement and create sales to specific major distributive accounts & direct customers located in Romania. We are looking for expierience profesional that has a proven expierience in cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, leading to growth and profitability of Distributive and Key Accounts in this region.

This position is based in Romania (North West - Moldova area), is a part of CEE cluster and reports to local Sales Manager.

What will you do as a Sales Representative at Dawn Foods? 

Your main responsibilities and activities will be:

• Achieve sales & margin targets for area of responsibility monthly with the company products
• Present the company products /services to customers in line with Dawn policies and strategy
• Implement own strategy to create push & pull for sales team of distributor
• Maintain & create a strong connection with operators & distribution sales team
• Determine marketing concepts & presentations for distribution sales team / direct customers
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities (distribution & direct customers)
• Regularly analyze results to identify red flag areas and correct by immediate action taking.
• Complete management reports to provide information to the sales manager in a timely &
  concise manner
• Active participation in meetings: Sales Meetings, Channel Meetings, Trainings, S&OP
  meetings (also outside country)
• Provide as best as possible Forecast information to Supply Chain from defined business areas

• Willingness to travel extensively — up to 90% of your working time
