Job Purpose and Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. This role coordinates interviews, manages recruitment documentation, assists with pre-boarding activities, and supports recruitment marketing and candidate experience initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key partner in delivering a seamless hiring experience while upholding compliance and company standards.
This is a fully remote position with limited travel (less than 10%).
What will you do as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Dawn Foods?
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (including panels and virtual formats), send confirmations/reminders, and ensure timely feedback.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Directing inquiries to recruiters as needed.
- Support recruiters with intake meetings, job postings, phone screens, offer addendums/documentation, and requisition audits.
- Assist with pre-boarding activities, including start date confirmations, I-9 support, and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support virtual career fairs, recruitment marketing initiatives, and Talent Acquisition-related projects.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects as assigned.
What Does It Take to be a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Dawn Foods?
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related administrative support role in a corporate environment required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and candidate-focused demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prior experience supporting remote teams or virtual hiring processes preferred.

Compensation: Base salary range $49,240 - $73,860 with bonus potential
