Job Purpose and Overview
Our Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical member of our North America Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for full-cycle recruiting. The Talent Acquisition Partner is a key strategic partner for hiring managers and the People team and works to understand department and functional needs and specific qualifications to recruit top talent.
This is a remote position with up to 10% travel.
What will you do as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Dawn Foods?
- Lead full-cycle recruitment of permanent Team Member roles inclusive of candidate sourcing through presentation of offer.
- Develop, implement, and assess effective and efficient recruitment strategies needed to acquire top talent, including diverse and military job seekers.
- Proactively identify and assess talent using a variety of sourcing and interviewing methodologies.
- Provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on applicant activity and requisition status.
- Track talent acquisition metrics, trends, and issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and provide regular reporting of talent acquisition metrics and meet talent acquisition KPIs.
- Build and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers and people business partners.
- Educate hiring managers on lawful hiring practices and behavior-based interview methods.
- Maintains established OFCCP, Fair Labor Hiring Practices and Compliance policies, procedures, and objectives. Facilitates and tracks community and diversity outreach.
- Partner and provide support on Talent Acquisition related projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
What Does It Take to be a Talent Acquisition Partner at Dawn Foods?
Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job.
- High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant work experience required or Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition roles required.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); SuccessFactors experienced preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of management styles at various levels in the organization.
- Ability to translate business plans to recruitment strategies.
- Strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong customer orientation, consulting and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of employment law, recruiting compliance and corporate recruitment practices.
- Experience in competency/behavior-based interview and assessment techniques.
- Knowledge of internal and external market trends, and workforce planning.

Compensation: Base salary range $67,020 - $103,210 with bonus potential
