Job Purpose and Overview

This role undertakes project work to further improve the Master Data & processes in local polish entity. This project is essential as a preparation for SAP deployment. Master Data Administrator ensures that PLM, Primary and Secondary Master data in SAP is accurate and complete for all polish Operations and Commercial linked processes. This person will be part of the central MDM team (4 people) however specifically working under limited supervision onsite in Bielsko Biala Plant. Project will last around 12 months.

What will you do as a Master Data Administrator at Dawn Foods? 

Your main responsibilities and activities will be:

• Creation of new SAP code for Raw materials, Semi-finished, finished, Traded and Intercompany products.
• Collection of accurate and complete data, verify and cross-check for inconsistencies from existing system
• Driving data cleansing in the project
• Coordinating and liaison with local operations, supply chain, procurement and collect necessary data
• Support linked processes such as: SKU rationalization, new substance procurement
• Provide SAP MM knowledge for processing issue resolution
• Create activity tracker and KPI creation and monitoring
• Actively propose Master Data procedure, process, form, working instruction improvements
• Create Raw Material and Trade substances in PLM
• Upload vendor and product related documents in PLM
• Other project task & provide help to other Master Data Specialist as requested in the project

What Does It Take to be a Master Data Administrator at Dawn Foods?  

You are well organized and have excellent communication skills as well as team spirit and collaborative style. You are able to work in a structured way with attention to details & under pressure to meet required deadlines. Your attitude is to get things done. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Experience in SAP MM & SAP PLM modules (ECC)
• Experience within a manufacturing / FMCG Business with the knowledge of linked processes
• Experience in SAP S4/Hana is desired but not necessary
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Teams and SharePoint
• Fluency in English&Polish is a must, to be able to communicate with the rest of the team members.
