Job Purpose and Overview
The purpose of this role is to drive the growth of our distribution business in the assigned region by leading the sales team, executing commercial strategies, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal departments. As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets and strengthening our market position.
This position is part of the Polish sales team at AGART. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with departments such as Purchasing, Logistics, and Marketing.
What will you do as a Regional Sales Manager at AGART?

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales and development strategies in the assigned region
- Lead and manage the regional sales team – set goals, assign sales targets, monitor performance
- Develop the team through on-the-job training, joint customer visits, product training, and coaching
- Manage key customer relationships and oversee client service in the region
- Monitor competitor activity – pricing, promotions, product assortment
- Forecast and plan regional demand
- Collaborate closely with the Purchasing and Logistics teams to ensure optimal stock rotation
- Represent and promote the company’s image in the region
What does it take to be a Regional Sales Manager at AGART?
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and executing commercial strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Experience in B2B customer relations, preferably in FMCG or distribution
- Analytical mindset and ability to plan and evaluate sales performance
- Excellent communication skills, independence, and goal orientation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge of the local market is a plus
