Job Purpose and Overview

As a Sales Application Specialist at AGART, you will join our Sales team and play a key role in supporting Sales by showcasing products and solutions to artisanal and industry customers. Your mission is to inspire, educate, and help customers apply our products successfully in their sweet bakery creations. This position is based in Mazowieckie region with regular travel across neighboring regions.

We are looking for a passionate professional with strong technical expertise in pastry and confectionery, eager to grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pastry demonstrations and tasting sets to drive product sales
• Participate in and organize trade fairs and industry events
• Implement new pastry recipes at customer sites and deliver training sessions
• Provide product advice and maintain strong relationships with customers in Mazowieckie and surrounding regions
• Develop new recipes and improve existing ones for pastry and ice cream applications
• Collaborate closely with the technical team and Sales to enhance commercial effectiveness
• Work with Marketing on product campaigns and photo sessions

What Does It Take to Be a Sales Application Specialist at AGART?

• Education in pastry, food technology, or related field
• Hands-on experience as a pastry chef and knowledge of pastry and ice cream components
• Practical skills in recipe development and artisanal production
• Strong communication skills and ability to conduct demonstrations and training
• Initiative, independence, and self-discipline
• Driving license (category B) and willingness to travel
