Purpose and Scope of the Position

The Warehouse Documentation Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely handling of warehouse documentation and for supporting ongoing logistics processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring the consistency of warehouse data, supporting inventory processes, and cooperating with internal departments and suppliers.

The position works closely with the Warehouse Manager as well as the Accounting and Administration departments, directly contributing to the efficient functioning of operations in accordance with applicable quality standards, food safety requirements (HACCP), and audit procedures.

What will you do as a Warehouse Documentation Specialist at the AGART distribution company, which is part of Dawn Foods?

• Comprehensive handling of warehouse documentation: goods receipts (PZ), goods issues (WZ), internal movements (MM), and returns
• Active participation in annual, monthly, and daily inventory counts
• Close cooperation with the Accounting and Administration departments to ensure data accuracy and proper settlements
• Contact with suppliers regarding complaints and claims
• Supporting the Warehouse Manager in preparing reports, HACCP documentation, and during audits
• Handling returns, conducting explanatory procedures, and ensuring correct documentation (e.g. damage reports)
• Responsibility for pallet reconciliation

What is needed to become a Warehouse Documentation Specialist at the AGART distribution company?

This role is more than warehouse support — it is responsibility for the quality and accuracy of documentation, teamwork, and real support of operational processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented, engaged, and cooperative person.

Additionally, you will be a good fit for this role if you:

• Have at least a secondary education
• Are comfortable using MS Office
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Are able to work in a team and under time pressure
• Knowledge of Dialog or SAP systems is an asset (not required)
• Are available to work part-time (½ FTE)
