Job Purpose and Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for planning, implementing, and driving sales growth with key distributor accounts and direct customers across Romania, with a primary focus on the Northwest – Moldova region.
This role plays a key part within the Central Eastern Europe region and contributes directly to sustainable growth and profitability by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The position reports to the local Sales Manager and requires extensive travel within the assigned territory.

What will you do as a Sales Representative at Dawn Foods?

• Achieve monthly sales and margin targets within the assigned territory using the company’s product portfolio of delicious bakery ingredients
• Present Dawn Foods’ products and services to customers in line with company policies and commercial strategy
• Develop and implement sales strategies that create strong push & pull dynamics with distributor sales teams
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with operators, distributors, and their sales teams
• Define and deliver effective marketing concepts and product presentations for distributors and direct customers
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across distributive and direct customer channels
• Analyse sales results regularly, identify risks or gaps, and take immediate corrective actions
• Provide timely, accurate reports, forecasts, and inputs to Sales Management and Supply Chain teams

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the food ingredients or bakery business
• Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of self-motivation and independence in planning and managing your work
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 90% of working time
