Job Purpose and Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an ultimate customer experience by being responsible for daily contact with customers and ensuring that service meets expected criteria.

 

 

What will you do as a Customer Service Specialist at Dawn Foods? 

 

Your main responsibilities and activities will be:

  • Handling professionally and in a timely manner clients inquiries related to company’s products and service (including orders, complaints, returns, stock availability)
  • Analyzing & placing orders and data in ERP System
  • Prioritizing and resolving independently the most complex issues (pre- and after-sales inquiries), adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Working closely with local sales teams  and international operational teams in pursuing customer needs
  • Building a constructive and pleasant relationship with dedicated customers, providing and consolidating their positive customer experience
  • Participating and contributing to efforts of improving service delivery such as identify solutions, involve cross-functional teams.

 

What Does It Take to be a Customer Service Specialist at Dawn Foods?  

  • You are well organized and have ability to work in a structured way and under pressure to meet required deadlines. You have high level of customer orientation (both internal and external clients) and attitude is to get things done. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
  • Minimum 1,5 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist (international company)
  • Fluency in English (min. B2) & Polish is a must, to be able to communicate with the customers and rest of the team members
  • Experience in working with SAP or Enova is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage
