Garantizar el correcto suministro de transporte para las entregas a nivel nacional a través de el mantenimiento de una correcta cartera de proveedores, tarifas competitivas y contratos comerciales a través del uso de losos sistemas de la compañía. 

1.Administración de los analistas de tráfico en Monterrey  y México
2.Control de Monitoreo de entregas a nivel nacional (los monitoristas también le reportarían)
3.Control de contratos (renovación y negociación) a nivel nacional.
4.Administración de rutas, Master Data y locaciones en E2open
5.Ejecución de módulo de pagos en SAP y E2open con la administración y control de ordenes de compra a nivel nacional
