Job Purpose and Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at Dawn Foods, you’ll play a key role in achieving our commercial goals and exceeding customer expectations. You’ll be the vital link between our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium and internal departments such as Sales, Planning, Production, and Logistics.
Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure flawless service and optimal customer satisfaction.
What will you do as a Customer Service Representative at Dawn Foods?
You are the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will:
- Advise and inform customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Process orders in SAP, keeping stock levels and delivery options in mind.
- Keep customer and sales records up to date.
- Enter pricing, handle complaints, and respond to customer queries.
- Prepare contracts and ensure accurate documentation for deliveries.
- Work closely with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Production.
What Does It Take to be a Customer Service Representative at Dawn Foods?
You are an organised, communicative, and solution-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment. You communicate clearly, work accurately, and stay calm under pressure.
Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
- MBO+ working and thinking level
- At least 2 years of commercial experience, preferably in a B2B setting
- Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of English
- Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
